Delete Your FeelFree2 Account

You can initiate permanent account deletion from the FeelFree2 app. Deleting the app from your phone, signing out or switching visibility off does not delete your account.

Delete from the app

1. Open FeelFree2 and go to Settings.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Read the explanation and confirm the deletion when asked.

Only confirm if you want to remove the account permanently. If the app reports a failure, times out or gives an unclear result, do not assume deletion completed. Contact us if you are unsure whether the request succeeded.

What deletion does

When completed successfully, account deletion removes your account, profile and the messages you sent from FeelFree2. Your uploaded files are queued for deletion. Other participants can retain their own messages and deletion notices in a closed conversation; they cannot continue messaging the deleted account.

Files are removed through a separate cleanup process. The account-deletion confirmation does not mean that every physical file or backup copy has been erased at that instant. Any limited information retained for a specific legal, safety, security or legal-claims purpose is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

We cannot delete screenshots, recordings, downloads or other copies that people saved outside FeelFree2. Deletion of your account does not delete another person’s own messages.

If you cannot access your account

Email claudiu@feelfree2.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and the email address associated with the account. Explain that you cannot use the in-app deletion option. We may ask for proportionate verification to protect the account from an unauthorised request. Do not send your password, login codes, payment details or full identity documents by email.

Contacting support is an alternative when you need help; it is not required before using the in-app deletion option. If processing your request takes additional time, we will explain the next steps and communicate the outcome.
