Help us understand the problem
Never send your password, authentication codes, payment details or full identity documents by email.
Safety concerns and moderation reviews
Use the in-app Report control for the relevant account or content where possible. You can also block someone to restrict further interaction. If you cannot report in-app, email us with the account or content and a description of the concern.
To question a moderation decision or how a report was handled, identify the decision or report and explain why you want it reviewed. See the Community Guidelines.
For immediate danger in the UK, call 999. FeelFree2 support is not an emergency service. Do not download or forward suspected child sexual abuse material; identify it through the reporting controls.
Intimate-image reports from users and non-users
You or your authorised representative can report an intimate image of you on FeelFree2 without creating an account. Email claudiu@feelfree2.com with the subject “Intimate image report”. State that the content is an intimate image, that you are the person shown or their representative, that you report in good faith and that the information is true to the best of your knowledge and belief. Include enough information to find the content, any copies you can identify and an address for our reply.
Do not resend the image if it can be identified another way, and do not email suspected child sexual abuse material. For a complaint about the handling of an intimate-image report, use “Intimate image complaint” and identify the report and concern. These reports and complaints are prioritised.
Which version includes the update?
The new discovery and profile options are available for testing in iOS version 0.9.0 (45) by invited internal and external TestFlight testers. Open TestFlight, choose FeelFree2 and update to build 45. If you use an earlier build, the new filters, status and profile fields will not appear yet. Include your app version when contacting support.
Notifications and phone settings
On iOS, open FeelFree2 Settings and check the main Notifications switch and the separate controls for connection requests, messages and accepted requests. Then check that your iPhone allows FeelFree2 notifications. Notifications may appear while the app is in the background or closed, subject to device permissions, connectivity, Focus or Do Not Disturb, and system restrictions. Delivery is not guaranteed. Android push notifications are not yet enabled for this update.
Open the app to check your current requests and messages. A notification does not prove that a message has been read. If notifications are missing, send the app version, phone model, operating-system version, notification type and approximate time to support; never send notification tokens, passwords or login codes. Avoid including private details in screenshots or lock-screen previews.
Audio-call problems
If you cannot switch between the speaker and the phone earpiece, tell us whether you answered from a locked screen and whether headphones or a Bluetooth device were connected. Include the app version, phone model and operating-system version. Do not send a recording of the other participant without their permission.
A change to audio-output switching is included in the iOS test update and is still being validated on devices.
Account deletion and privacy
You can delete your account in Settings → Delete account. Read Account deletion for what happens and how to get help if you cannot sign in.
Use Privacy requests and complaints to ask about your information, exercise a privacy right or raise a privacy concern.
