FEELFREE2 LTD is responsible for the personal information processed through the FeelFree2 website and mobile application.
FeelFree2 is an 18+ social discovery application that helps adults connect for Dating, Social, Business and Networking purposes. Users decide when they are visible and who they wish to connect with.
Depending on how you use FeelFree2, we may collect:
• Account information, including your name, email address, date of birth and country of residence.
• Profile information, including gender, profession, nationality, interests, hobbies, personal description and photographs.
• Connection requests, messages and other content you choose to send through the service.
• Location or venue information when you choose to use location-based features. Your exact live location is not displayed to other users.
• Technical information, including device type, operating system, app version, identifiers, diagnostic information and security logs.
• Notification information, including a device notification token if you enable push notifications.
• Information submitted through our website contact form or when contacting customer support.
Some information voluntarily provided through profiles or conversations may reveal sensitive characteristics. Please do not publish information you do not want other users to see. Where required, we will request explicit consent before processing special-category information.
We may use personal information to:
• Create, verify and manage your account.
• Confirm that users meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
• Display your profile when you choose to become visible.
• Enable connection requests, messaging and other app features.
• Provide location or venue-based discovery features.

You may withdraw consent through your device settings, account controls or by contacting us.
When you choose to be visible, selected profile information and photographs may be shown to other FeelFree2 users. Messages and connection requests are shared with their intended recipients.
You control whether to accept or reject connection requests. You should not share financial information, passwords, identification documents or other sensitive information with other users.
We may share information only when necessary with:
• Hosting, cloud infrastructure, email, security and customer-support providers.
• Notification providers, including Apple, Google or Expo services where used.
• Website service providers, including GoDaddy, Google Maps and reCAPTCHA.
• Professional advisers, regulators, courts or law-enforcement authorities where legally required.
• A purchaser or successor if FEELFREE2 LTD is involved in a genuine merger, acquisition or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Service providers may process information only for the services they provide to us and must apply appropriate data protection and security measures.
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use recognised safeguards, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide FeelFree2, maintain security, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations.
You may request account deletion through the Cancel Account function inside the application or by emailing claudiu@feelfree2.com.
After deletion, account information will be deleted or anonymised, except where limited retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention, safety or security purposes. Information may remain temporarily in protected backups before being removed through the normal backup cycle.
Messages already delivered to another user may remain visible to that recipient.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their login details and should contact us immediately if they believe their account has been compromised.
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
• Request access to your personal information.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Request a portable copy of information you provided.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Complain to a data protection authority.

FeelFree2 is intended only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts. If we discover an account belonging to somebody under 18, we may suspend and delete it.
Our website may use necessary cookies and similar technologies for security, functionality, contact forms, maps and service performance. Third-party services such as GoDaddy, Google Maps and reCAPTCHA may process technical information under their own privacy policies.
FeelFree2 does not currently make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on users.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, technology or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be published on this page with a new effective date.
