These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the FeelFree2 website and mobile application, operated by FEELFREE2 LTD, located at 1 Windermere Avenue, Wembley, HA9 8SH, United Kingdom.
By accessing FeelFree2, creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use FeelFree2.
FeelFree2 is strictly for adults aged 18 or over.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
• The information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
• You are not prohibited by law from using the service.
We may request information or verification to confirm your identity or age. We may suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
FeelFree2 is a social discovery service designed to help adults connect for Dating, Social, Business and Networking purposes.
Users control when they become visible and decide whom they wish to connect with. FeelFree2 does not guarantee that users are genuine, compatible, trustworthy, professionally qualified or safe.
FeelFree2 is not an employment agency, dating agency, background-checking service or professional adviser.
You must provide accurate and current account and profile information.
You are responsible for:
• Protecting your login details.
• All activity carried out through your account.
• Keeping your profile information accurate.
• Informing us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not create an account for another person, impersonate another person or create misleading or fraudulent profiles.
You are responsible for your decisions and interactions with other users.
When meeting another user, you should use reasonable precautions, meet initially in a public place, tell someone you trust where you are going and avoid sending money or financial information.
FeelFree2 does not conduct criminal record or identity checks on every user and cannot guarantee another user’s identity, intentions, conduct or statements.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services by calling 999 or the appropriate emergency number in your country.
You must not use FeelFree2 to:
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, bully or abuse another person.
• Promote hatred, discrimination or violence.
• Share pornographic, sexually explicit or exploitative content.
• Facilitate prostitution, human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
• Contact or attempt to involve anyone under 18.
• Impersonate another person or provide false information.
• Commit fraud, scams or financial exploitation.
• Send spam, unsolicited advertising or repeated unwanted messages.
• Share another person’s private information without permission.
• Promote illegal drugs, weapons or unlawful activity.
• Upload malware or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Scrape, copy, reverse-engineer or misuse the application or its data.
• Track, stalk or attempt to determine another user’s exact location.
• Violate intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
You remain responsible for profile information, photographs, messages and other content you submit.
You confirm that you own your content or have permission to use it and that it does not violate these Terms or anyone else’s rights.
You grant FEELFREE2 LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and process your content only as necessary to operate, improve, protect and promote the service.
We may review, restrict or remove content that breaches these Terms, presents a safety risk or may be unlawful.
Users may report inappropriate content or behaviour and block other users.
We may investigate reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently ban users or provide information to authorities where legally required.
Submitting false or malicious reports may itself result in account restrictions.
FeelFree2 may use location or venue information when you choose to use location-based features.
Your exact live position is not intended to be displayed publicly to other users. You are responsible for controlling your visibility and device permissions.
Location information may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable. You must not rely on FeelFree2 for navigation, emergencies or personal security.
You may request account deletion through the Cancel Account option in the application or by emailing claudiu@feelfree2.com.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that:
• These Terms have been breached.
• A user presents a safety or security risk.
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity has occurred.
• Suspension is required by law or an authorised regulator.
• The service, other users or FEELFREE2 LTD must be protected.
Information may be retained after account deletion where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or legitimate record-keeping purposes, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that FeelFree2 will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.
Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed. We may carry out maintenance or temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary.
FeelFree2 may use or link to services operated by third parties, including app stores, maps, email providers and notification services.
We are not responsible for third-party services, content or availability. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
If you download FeelFree2 through an app store, the applicable app-store terms may also apply.
FeelFree2 may offer free and paid features.
Any price, subscription period, renewal condition or cancellation right will be shown before a purchase is completed. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store’s billing and refund rules.
We will not charge you without your confirmation.
The FeelFree2 application, website, branding, logo, software, design and original content belong to FEELFREE2 LTD or its licensors.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, sell, licence, distribute or commercially exploit any part of FeelFree2 without written permission.
FeelFree2 is a platform that enables users to discover and communicate with other users. We are not responsible for decisions, promises, transactions, relationships, meetings or conduct occurring between users.
We do not guarantee matches, connections, business opportunities, employment, relationships or any particular result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing affects your mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, FEELFREE2 LTD is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for losses resulting from another user’s conduct, inaccurate information, third-party services or misuse of the service.
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the FeelFree2 Privacy Policy available on this website.
We may update these Terms when the service, technology or legal requirements change.
The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, we may also provide notice through the application or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms removes those protections or restricts your right to bring proceedings in a court legally available to you.
