COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

OUR COMMITMENT

FeelFree2 is designed to help adults connect safely for Dating, Social, Business and Networking purposes.

These Community Guidelines apply to every profile, photograph, message and interaction on FeelFree2. They form part of our Terms and Conditions. Violating these Guidelines may result in content removal, restricted access, account suspension or a permanent ban.

ADULTS ONLY

FeelFree2 is strictly for people aged 18 or over.

You must not:

• Create an account if you are under 18.
• allow a person under 18 to use your account.
• upload photographs of unaccompanied minors.
• contact, target, exploit or attempt to arrange meetings with minors.
• misrepresent your age or another person’s age.

Any suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

RESPECT AND CONSENT

Treat every user with respect.

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, bully or stalk anyone.
• Continue contacting someone after they have rejected or blocked you.
• Pressure another user into meeting, sharing personal information or participating in sexual activity.
• Send unsolicited sexual messages or images.
• Share intimate content without the clear consent of every person shown.
• Encourage self-harm, suicide, violence or dangerous behaviour.

Consent must be voluntary, informed and ongoing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

PROHIBITED SEXUAL CONTENT AND SERVICES

FeelFree2 must not be used to publish or facilitate:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
• Prostitution or paid sexual services.
• Human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
• Escort services presented as dating or social connections.
• Non-consensual intimate images.
• Sexual threats, coercion or blackmail.
• Any sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor.

Profiles or messages offering, requesting or promoting these activities may be removed immediately.

AUTHENTIC PROFILES

Your profile must represent you honestly.

You must not:

• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Use photographs that do not belong to you.
• Create fake, misleading or duplicate accounts.
• Misrepresent your identity, profession, qualifications, intentions or relationship status.
• Use another person’s personal information without permission.
• Use altered or artificial content to deceive other users about your identity.

HATE, DISCRIMINATION AND VIOLENCE

FeelFree2 does not allow content or conduct that promotes hatred, discrimination, humiliation or violence based on characteristics including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation.

Credible threats of violence may be reported to law enforcement.

SCAMS AND FINANCIAL ABUSE

You must not use FeelFree2 to:

• Request or pressure users to send money.
• Promote fraudulent investments, loans, cryptocurrency schemes or financial opportunities.
• Obtain passwords, banking information or identity documents through deception.
• Recruit users into pyramid schemes or other fraudulent arrangements.
• Conduct phishing, identity theft or impersonation scams.

Never send money or financial information to someone you have only met through the service.

BUSINESS AND NETWORKING CONDUCT

Business and Networking modes are intended for genuine professional connections.

You must not:

• Send repeated or unwanted advertising.
• Misrepresent your experience, qualifications or business.
• Offer illegal, deceptive or unlicensed services.
• Recruit users for fraudulent or exploitative schemes.
• Collect or use contact information without permission.

ILLEGAL AND DANGEROUS ACTIVITY

You must not use FeelFree2 to promote, arrange or participate in:

• Illegal drugs, weapons or controlled goods.
• Fraud, theft, violence or criminal activity.
• Human trafficking or exploitation.
• Dangerous challenges or reckless conduct.
• Malware, hacking or unauthorised access.
• Any activity prohibited by applicable law.

PRIVACY AND LOCATION

Respect the privacy and safety of other users.

You must not:

• Publish another person’s home address, telephone number, workplace or private information without permission.
• Attempt to identify or expose another user’s exact live location.
• Track, follow or monitor someone without consent.
• Record or distribute private conversations without legal authority.
• Share screenshots or private messages to humiliate, threaten or exploit another user.

FeelFree2 may provide approximate location or venue-based discovery features, but users must never use them to stalk or endanger another person.

SAFE MEETINGS

When meeting someone for the first time:

• Meet in a public place.
• Tell a trusted person where you are going.
• Arrange your own transport.
• Keep control of your telephone, money and personal belongings.
• Do not feel pressured to stay.
• Leave immediately if you feel unsafe.

FeelFree2 cannot guarantee another user’s identity, background, intentions or conduct.

REPORTING AND BLOCKING

Use the Report or Block controls if another user makes you uncomfortable or violates these Guidelines.

Reports should include accurate information and relevant evidence where possible. False or malicious reports are prohibited.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services by calling 999 or the appropriate emergency number in your country.

ENFORCEMENT

FEELFREE2 LTD may review reports and take action including:

• Removing content.
• Issuing a warning.
• Restricting account features.
• Suspending or permanently banning an account.
• Preventing the creation of replacement accounts.
• Preserving information required for safety or legal purposes.
• Reporting suspected criminal activity to the appropriate authorities.

The action taken will depend on the seriousness, context and frequency of the violation. Serious violations may result in immediate permanent removal without warning.

UPDATES TO THESE GUIDELINES

We may update these Guidelines when the service, safety risks or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
